Job Description   

Title:        Junior Account Executive.

Location:    Hathersage office, Peak District.

Salary:        £10,500 - £15,000 d.o.e.

Full time position,      9 a.m. to 6 p.m.        40 hour week.

Reporting to:    Si Homfray at Hammer Design, Living Art.

General Summary:

Hammer Design

We are looking for support to our design and account handling team at Hammer.

You will be responsible for managing our design agency clients’ needs.

Specifically you will oversee the work process, from ordering through to the delivery of graphic design, website design, advertising, exhibition work and marketing material, all to an exceptionally high standard.

Living Art

You will also be assisting in the marketing and members’ communication to our sister project Living Art. This will include helping in the promotion of our shows, exhibitions and workshop.

A passion for the environment and a love of the arts are preferable, excellent communication skills, ambition, zeal, enthusiasm and reliability are essential.

Principle role and Responsibilities:   

As Hammer Design and Living Art are small growing enterprises this is a unique opportunity to gain considerable experience in all aspects of marketing.

Your time will be divided between Hammer Design where you will support the design and account handling team, and Living Art where you will be assisting with the primary marketing tools.

1. Sales and administrative support to Hammer Design and its account handling team

2. Responsible for assisting in marketing and members communication to Living Art. This includes assisting in the areas of:

Offline marketing

• Magazine publishing and distribution
• Promotion of Living Art shows, exhibitions and its workshop
• Sales promotions

Online marketing

    • E-marketing – webcasts, email and new online marketing technologies
    • All aspects of website management and development
    • Coordinated online promotions and offers
