General requirements
Your photograph needs to be of an interesting, unusual, beautiful or significant subject from our list of categories comprising the worlds natural landscape, flora, fauna and the people who work with it.
| Uploading your images - All images will need to be uploaded through the members area (colour coded blue) (do not email them to us please) you will need to register and login first. Image file format - Living Art accepts rgb, JPG (jpeg) or gif files only. TIF's, PNG's, PSD's will be declined. CMYK images cannot be uploaded. - File size must not exceed 8Mb in total size otherwise it won't upoload – the uploading process freezes in your browser. - All images will be resized to within our optimum display size (507 Pixels x 507 Pixels ) and stored at this size - (Note: as the website develops and membership privileges allow you to sell images as well as buy we will ask you to re upload your image again at a larger size along with a revised image useage terms and conditions agreement to protect you). - All images submitted will be quickly checked for appropriateness and then approved and made visible on your own website showcase area. Approval may take up to 48 hours, it may take only minutes depending on our workload and weekends – please be patient. - Your image if entered into a collaborative work, will be entered from this stored and resized digital image. |

Quality Standards
Living Art welcomes good, clean and honest photographs of nature and the natural world. We welcome all photographers and non-photographers of all standards, but reserve the right to decline inappropriate or poor quality files at our discretion.

· Copyright / Trademark Infringement or Risk · Adult Content unsuitable for Living Art
Title, Descriptions & Keywords
Titles: Please use a helpful and relevant title but feel free to use your imagination and come up with a more creative title that suggests more than the image content itself. Naturally we do not allow offensive or inappropriate language.
Descriptions: Please provide us with a good description of the image. Please provide a verbal description of the image, subject, location and any interesting or valuable information regarding the image such as the camera used, or any special circumstances about the image.
Keywords: Currently we offer the selection of keywords at upload. (More will be added later).
