A step by step guide to uploading images onto your exhibiting member page

1)    Login to your account, your Members Summary web page will load

2)    Select Add New Picture from the list, accept the terms and conditions to
       continue, the Add New Picture page then loads

3)    Image requirements before uploading can commence

        a)    The image must be saved as a JPEG

        b)    The image must  be no more than 8MB on disk file size

4)    Click on the Browse… button next to the Locate the file on your computer text
       box.

5)    Browse the contents of your computer to find the file to upload, click on the file

6)    Click on the open button, the picture destination is entered into the box

7)    Enter a title and description for your picture

8)    Select the area, region and category for the picture from the drop down menus

9)    The image will upload, this may take some time depending on your connection
       speed and the amount of activity on our server, PLEASE BE PATIENT if this
       is the case.

10)    When the image is uploaded a red message bar appears and instructs you
        “Product successfully added – View product”

11)    You can continue from here to upload another picture by following steps 4 – 9
        again or you can view the product by clicking View product which appears next
        to the message.

12)    If you want to add more pictures from here then follow steps 2 – 9 again.

Please note your image will not be live on the website as soon as you have uploaded it. We have to approve the images here at Living Art before they go live. They will stay under the PICTURES OFFLINE – Archived or awaiting approval section on you’re My Pictures page. Usually images don’t take longer than 48 hours to be approved. They will appear in the relevant classification under PICTURES ONLINE – Live on the website section on you’re My Pictures page.
