A step by step guide to deleting images from your exhibiting member page
A contradiction in terms unfortunately, as at this current time you are unable to physically delete an entire image in a one click solution on our site. This is for various good reasons which we won't bore you with.
So instead of deleting the image, you need to replace it with another picture and description. To do this follow these steps:
1) Login to your account, your Members Summary web page will load.
2) Select My Pictures, all your uploaded images will display.
3) Scroll to the image to 'delete', click on it to edit.
4) Upload a new picture by browsing your computer for an image as you did when
you uploaded the image in the first place.
5) Change your title, description, region and category appropriately
6) Click the Update This Product button and the image will have been replaced
Sometimes the image will not have changed when the page refreshes. This is often due to a "caching" issue within your browser, and the only way to really check whether it has been replaced when this happens is to actually visit the site publicly. You could also try emptying your browser's cache and temporary internet files, if the problem continues.
