When I saw this I thought it was a symbol of hope, the new with the old, regeneration e.t.c. On returning recently I found the path closed owing to the theft of parts of the bridge to get scrap metal. I had originally written - Urban renewal. A high tech bridge to go under the arch of a much older railway arch over the canal in Sheffield. The title was "two times - light at the end of the tunnel". Sadly not so, it would seem.
