Nesting Blue Tits |

We put a Nest box up late last year as we get a lot of Blue Tits in our garden, and are really pleased that a pair are nesting in it & have hatched their young. It's lovely to see the parents firstly bulding the nest and even collecting the dog hairs from the garden to line their nest with, now hurriedly rushing in & out to feed the young, looking forward to seeing them fledge.

This is a Picture taken at Kingley Vale. I am very lucky in living very close to the sea but also being half an hour drive from the countryside. Walking my two dogs over different areas has them used to all sorts of animals & wild life, they take no notice of Cow, Horse, Sheep etc. I rarely go out without my little digital camera since updating my old one which was twice the size of my new one. |
