Dartmoor Prison

Dartmoor Prison

© Copyright Chris Oakley

This was taken on an autumn evening at Dartmoor Prison in Devon. A bleak and cold place that is still used today to house offenders from the southwest. Only one person has ever been known to escape this prison and his life was apparently taken by the local Foxtor Mire. A very dangerous area of marsh which is marked as extremely dangerous.
