Born in the parish of Darley Dale on the edge of the Peak District into a farming community the countryside has always been dear to my heart . I am now semi retired having spent the last 33 years in self employment in the building trade and now work part time as a caretaker at our local school since being given a S.L.R. by my mother in law in 1970 photography as been a passion with a particular interest in natural history and especially birds. I also have many friends who share the same passion for this wonderfull hobby
