'Playing with the sand'

'Playing with the sand'

© Copyright Kalliope Tsouroupidou

The only reason for this shot was the countless distant memories from my childhood that flooded my mind the moment i saw this kid playing away while the water gently wiped away any sign one had made on the wet sand. Even now, everytime i look at this image, i can almost smell the iodine of the water and the sweet vapours of the sand as they rise with hot air, i can almost feel the cold breeze on my cheaks...as if i was on the beach myself.
