Often a shaft of sunlight on a cloudy day reveals a familiar scene in a new way. Robin Hood's Stride is generally photographed, not unsurprisingly, as a bare gritstone outcrop, but our ancestors would have found it surrounded by trees. This is a viewpoint and a moment that I felt captured the Stride as an integral part of the landscape.
