Description

The end of a near perfect day. Cold and clear and dry with friction to dream of. Our hands were chilblained and gritstone rashed, muscles aching and tired, slowly warming in down jackets, thick gloves and ridiculous hats. A final glance back gave a lasting memory drenched in twilight and the snip of frost. © Simon Brown
