Description

A favourite place. In spring the woodland appears dark and silent from the path. Once you enter the coolness descends and your eyes absorb the dappled light and your nose fills with the scent of new growth and your ears ring with birdsong and squirrel chatter as your fingers feel the moist, rich earth. Every spring I return to recharge my energies, and relax. © Simon Brown
