About Paola De Giovanni

Artist Statement ”My creative practice is a voyage of discovery, enchantment and experimentation. I use a combination of traditional and digital techniques to create atmospheric interpretations of nature and colourful abstract compositions. I am a textile designer by training and a visual artist by vocation. I trained as a photographer in Florence and since my days as an undergraduate at the University of Salford my creative practice has evolved into a balanced combination of art practice and design. I consider myself a storyteller that uses textures, hues and shapes”. Paola De Giovanni
