I was born in Goa amongst the coconut palms and sunshine beaches. Folk art of Rangoli , was my first venture as a young girl ,as images of flowers, trees, leaves, fruits, birds, fishes flew out on floor-designs of our ancestral court yard.

Later I learnt other folk arts Warli and Madhbani both wall decorations with simple forms.My trekking holidays filled me with vision of high mountains of Himalaya.

and my art had more to create.

which is continues......to live on.
